What happens next

1. We confirm the time

   By phone or text, usually the same day. Nothing is booked until we have spoken.

2. You get a price

   A firm figure including travel inside the service area — not a range.

3. We arrive set up

   All supplies come with us. You need a private space, and a washroom nearby for urine collections.

Bring photo ID

Everyone being tested needs photo identification. For a regulated DOT collection this is not optional — without it the collection cannot proceed.

Paying

Payment is arranged when we confirm your appointment. Employers with ongoing work can be invoiced.
