How quickly can you get to us?
Same-day appointments are often available, and post-accident calls are treated as urgent. Call or text rather than emailing if the timing matters — that reaches the owner directly.
How far do you travel?
Within 25 miles of Lansdale, which covers most of Montgomery County and into lower Bucks. Travel inside that area is included in the price. Outside it, call and ask — we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes, by appointment. Shift work does not stop at five, and neither does the need to test after an incident.
What does it cost?
It depends on the type of collection, how many people are being tested and where you are. Testing several people in one visit costs less per person than a single call-out. Call or text for a firm figure, inclusive of travel.
What do you need from us on the day?
A private space, and a washroom nearby for urine collections. Everything else arrives with us. Each person being tested needs photo identification.
Do you handle DOT tests?
Yes — urine specimen collections under 49 CFR Part 40, performed by a qualified collector. Breath alcohol and oral fluid qualifications are in progress and are not offered yet.
Are you a lab?
No. We perform the collection; a certified laboratory performs the analysis. For regulated tests, results are reviewed and released by a Medical Review Officer. We are not a consortium or third-party administrator either, and we do not run random selection programs.
How long does a collection take?
A single collection is usually fifteen to twenty minutes once we are set up. For a group, tell us how many people and we will give you a realistic window rather than an optimistic one.
Can individuals book, or only employers?
Both. People book privately for job applications, court and custody matters, or their own peace of mind. Tell us what the result is for when you book, because it changes how the collection needs to be documented.
Do you draw blood at someone’s home?
Yes. Home visits are a large part of the phlebotomy work — homebound patients, limited mobility, or simply no way to get to a lab. Bring the order from the doctor and we will arrange the rest.
Who actually performs the collection?
The owner, Jennifer Porter, RN. Nothing is subcontracted, so the person you speak to on the phone is the person who arrives.
How do we pay?
You can pay online when you book, or be invoiced if you are an employer with ongoing work. Tell us which suits you.
