What this website collects, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. The contact form asks for your name, and a phone number or email address so we can reply. The booking form additionally asks which service you need, how many people, when suits you and where the appointment should take place.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include the address your request came from. That is how every web server works.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and to arrange the appointment. Form submissions are emailed to the owner and stored on the server outside the public website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for — for example, sending a specimen to the laboratory you or your employer nominated.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only when you use a form: a session cookie that protects the form against misuse. It carries no personal information and expires when you close your browser. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking requests are kept for as long as they are useful for running the business and meeting record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling or texting (901) 246-9992. If a request relates to a completed collection, some records have to be retained — we will tell you which and why.
Collection and health records
This page is about the website. Specimens, collection paperwork and any health information arising from an appointment are handled separately, under the rules that apply to that work and to the laboratory and Medical Review Officer involved. Ask us directly if you have a question about a specific record.
